We try to maintain our response times to 2, 4 and 8 hour, Monday to Sunday 09.00-17.30. To minimize downtime to your network during work hours, we tailor our service visits during the week ends without premium charges.
Our field and system engineers are highly experienced and qualified within the field of IT and are supported by our main workshop, which has been designed and constructed to the high standards expected of the modern Service Company and provides a speedy turn around for both critical & standard equipment.

Managed Services

Our qualified engineers visit your site on an agreed date to perform regular checks to ensure smooth performance of your network. All additional installations do not form part of the managed service visit.
Regular checks include the following
• Hard disk maintenance
• Analyzing error logs
• Ensure the correct functionality of Back-up
• Setting user level permissions including addition/deletion of users
• Setting shared folders and drive mappings
• Print queue management
• Router, Access point and internet management
• Installation of updates, service packs and security patches
• Virus checks and virus definition updates
• Upgrade or replacement of existing equipment as and when necessary
